NETWORK+ Certification

WHAT IS IT?

Network+ certification is a vendor-neutral, industry-wide recognition of fundamental networking knowledge. Network+ is a practical, hands-on program designed to get network technicians working in the field. The Network+ certified technician possesses the knowledge needed to configure and install a basic networking system.

To become Network+ certified, you must pass the Network+ Certification Exam. This exam covers a wide range of vendor neutral networking technologies and practices.

The typical Network+ candidate should have CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent knowledge; however, CompTIA A+ certification is not required.
