Active directory skills for help desk personnel

This 3-day instructor-led course provides help desk personnel with the knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and maintain their organization's Active Directory® deployment. These students may also be managing user, computer, and group accounts; managing an organizational unit in a network based on Active Directory® directory services; implementing Group Policy to manage users and computers; and troubleshooting Group Policy.

Prerequisites

Before attending this course, students must have:

  • A+ certification, or equivalent knowledge and skills
  • Network+ certification, or equivalent knowledge and skills
